  • If Yelp had an option for ZERO stars, that would be my choice! This place is Terrible! I will never go back here again, and I recommend everyone stay away from this place.I have been here before due to the cheap $7.77 smog test. I had no problems in prior visits that's why I am a repeat customer. But this visit was my last and I will never go back. Last Thursday, I came here for a smog check and one of the technicians proceeded to do other inspections on my vehicle. I get it, this place operates on upsells. One of the things he showed me was I needed to take care of my power steering fluid. He actually opened it up and showed me the fluid etc. I said "I'll keep that in mind but I won't be getting that done today". After the inspection, I paid for my smog check, and off I went. When I got home, I had my boyfriend check out the power steering fluid and all the other "issues" that needed attention according to the tech. What do you know.. the first thing he noticed was my power steering cap was missing! Long story short, we concluded this technician intentionally did not put the cap back on so I would start having issues with my car soon enough and come back to get it serviced. When I called the shop on Saturday, and I spoke to a guy named Chris. I told him what happened and he pretended to care.. he took down my name and number and said if they don't find the "missing" power steering cap they will order me a replacement. Of course he never called back and I just ended up going to the dealership to get a replacement one. This shop operates on shady business and I recommend everyone stay away. I suppose I learned my lesson.. you get what you pay for.. cheap smog check, cheap service, shady business!
