I just wanted to write this review since it has been on my mind since I went. I wish I had read some of these reviews before I went.
The massage itself was not bad, in fact, well worth 30 dollars for an hour. Ambiance was nice and you get your own area sectioned off, fairly comfortable. However with that said I should have requested a female masseuse because I'm not comfortable with a guy unbuckling my bra without asking and then lifting my upper body up. There were no gentleness or smiles, moving and dropping me like a dead body.
The best part is when I went to pay. Receptionist says 20 each (I went w 2 others). I paid the 20 then gave 5 to my massage guy, all 3 people were lurking next to us by the way. His face looked like the most ungrateful person, the "are you serious?" expression. Then the lady masseuse shouted "10 dollar tip minimum". We all have the 10 and left.
The fact that they do business this way left a bad taste in my mouth. 30 is not expensive for the type of massage we received but if they could just made it 25 + 5 or 30 tip included would have been better. But instead, they waited until we paid and then made a scene of it is ridiculous. The point of massage is to relieve stress not being annoyed after.
