  • I like the movie theater a lot. What I do not like is FANDANGO what a joke. I bought a ticket to see a movie. But I made a mistake and made the 2 tickets for Friday the 24, 2017. When I needed the ticket for Monday 27, 2017. I told the movie theater my problem they (Chelsea, and Jennifer) were so nice. They instructed me to contact FANDANGO to get a refund. I explained my issue to FANDANGO, but they could care less. Brenda, was like sorry the date has passed you can not get a refund. I was like look at the ticket I did not use them on Friday. She could care less. So I called back Camelview and explained what the issue was and Chelsea was like no problem. I gave her my information and she said I will get a refund no problem Thank's Camelview you have gained a loyal customer . On the other hand I will NEVER USE FANDANGO AGAIN
