Incompetent employees that do a horrible job of the repair and an irascible and illiterate owner that seems not to care what kind of job his employees do as long as he gets money from the insurance company. I've recently had the pleasure of getting coerced into going to them by my non-partisan insurance adjuster, which is now clear to me that she is getting something in return for recommending them. The issues regarding their work are poor quality paint finish, incomplete paint job on interior surface where they thought it might go unseen, missing clips to hold down molding and utter contempt for any customer who comes back to have the problems rectified. At first when I went to speak to the employee that was in charge of the initial repair he out right denied they had touched the molding even before being I explained to him where and how extensive the damage occurred. When I showed him on the itemized invoice that they had charged for removal and re-installation of it, he quickly changed his story to we had manhandled it and subsequently malfunctioned due to it. The owner then who had been in the vicinity came what the issue was and after talking to him he admitted that the job was done poorly because they could not acquire the clips to hold down the molding without purchasing the whole molding assembly again. This was clearly their fault for not removing the molding properly and storing the clips to reattach it; it seems that they misplaced them and stuck it on with only molding tape. I could not believe the owners response in admitting it was done poorly, so I asked him again at which time he became irate and began to shout at me... I won't even get into the issue about the poor quality paint job. It seems that they are too busy to care about doing a good job or even adequate one, my suggestion is go somewhere else... anywhere else would probably be better than here.
