The manager still has not called me back. My ski pants are still not fixed and this is up there for worst service ever
So today almost a month later I get a call from the manager at ski pro and he tells me that my pants have been repaired by the manufacturer and I can pick them up and as a courtesy they're not going to charge me for the repairs!!!! This after purchasing over $300 ski pants from a place where they were clearly defective right out of the bag and were only use for a couple hours and return the next day? thank you for letting me go for the rest of the ski season without providing me with a replacement. I will never shop at this place again
