  • These guys should be in prison for their crappy customer service. My mom CONSTANTLY loses connection with her internet service. After the tech idiots swore it was her router, we went out and bought a new one only to STILL have no connection. Then in a third attempt to get it resolved, the tech told us to do a simple reset and it worked fine with the old router. These idiots should be out of business, STAT! Stay the hell away!
