  • I wish I had checked Yelp before using this company to book a town car. We used them to pick us up after our wedding in Washoe Valley and drive us to the Peppermill in Reno. I was quoted $190 for the ride, however they ended up charging us $225! At the time I made the reservation, I was also told that if they had to wait less than 15 minutes from the time we booked it for, they would not charge a wait time. We had a reservation for them to pick us up at 9:15. The guy arrived early, and we promptly got ready to go. We got in the car maybe a few minutes after 9:15. When I called the company to find out why the charge was more than what I was quoted, he told me the additional amount was for the wait time, and that their records showed that the driver left at 9:30. I know for a fact that that's not true! He refused to believe me, and said they couldn't adjust the charge. They offered a complimentary service in the future, but I want nothing to do with this company. DO NOT USE THEM!
