| - They may call themselves "The King", but they treat the average prospective customer like "Peasants".
Based on the suggestion of our Insurance Company, we went there to get our car fixed from a minor "fender bender".
It took them one full week, just for us to get in to see the "Estimator". That was the pleasant part. We arrived on time for our appointment, and had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the
"Estimator".
She looked at our car, and told us that even though she was reasonably certain the rear bumper had to be replaced, she would only quote to "fix it up", until they could remove the bumper. We had already been told by the BMW dealer, the bumper had to be replaced. I told her that, but she didn't care.
She told me she would take pictures, tell my insurance company that I may be trying to take advantage of them, and "low balled" the "estimate". I then waited another 45 minutes for her to write up the estimate. She told me they could start on the car in 5 days, and they would need the car for two weeks.
Meanwhile, one of their customers was picking up their car, and showed me how the head light covers on her Lexus, did not match.
My Insurance company apologized for sending me there, and suggested someone else. We saw them, the next day. The Estimator knew just by looking at the car that the bumper had to be completely replaced. The competitor could start the next day, and if BMW had the bumper "in stock", it would be ready in 4 days.
Even if your Insurance is paying for this, I would suggest you avoid these arrogent people. They run a very busy operation, and they take it for "granted" they will always be busy, and don't appreciate simple and basic business.
