My furnace was blowing cold air, so I called Dukes after being referred by a friend and reading the reviews. My unit is 16 years old and I was worried about a hard sell of needing a new unit, which is simply not in the budget at this point.
I called yesterday, they came out today, quickly identified and fixed the problem. It turned out to be an inexpensive repair, which is a great bonus!
When it is time for replacement and/or further repairs, I will definitely call Dukes first! Thank you!
