  • This is probably one of the worst dealerships I have dealt with! I bought my first BMW here almost 4 years ago from Henry. It is time to get another BMW and I really don't want to go back into this place. I had a particular sales person treat me like I was a child. He was dishonest, rude and condescending. I hope all the other locations aren't this bad, I do all my servicing at BMW NORTH SCOTTSDALE, but I will give the one in Phoenix a shot, please don't disappoint me again. However, my car is everything I dreamed of and I will be a BMW fan for life :)
