  • John is the man to ask for! I had gone to another Verizon store prior to this visit to get a new phone and left- baffled and confused. Luckily, John's cool and calm attitude and no pressure demeanor was just what every customer in the market for a new phone needs. John is also a techno wizard so he was seamlessly able to transfer info from my dying phone to my new phone in a matter of minutes. I loved his low key yet knowledgeable approach! I left feeling confident that I had gotten the best deal and service on my new phone.
