  • We took our 2002 Toyota Sequoia in for service and Combs auto went above and beyond to get it running perfect. We left the shop and a couple days later my car broke down and we thought it was a new problem. Eric the manager is the best customer service representative I have ever met. We told him what was going on and he took responsiblity for something that was accidentally over looked when they worked on it several days before. He had our car towed into his shop, had his guys go over it again and found the problem. They were so professional and took responsiblity for a slight over sight, got the car fixed and charged us nothing. I will go back to them again and again. It is amazing to find a shop that is honest, reliable, professional and takes responsiblity. If in doubt don't hestitate to contact me. The are straight up honest people and want their customers to be satisfied. Thank you guys for taking such good care of us!!!
