  • This place is horrible. They do not care about their patients at all. I went looking for a naturopathic place to assist me with my other therapy helping me recover from an accident. That was over 5 months ago. Dr. Craig signed a medicinal application and said the card would arrive in the mail. Like I said that was over 5 months ago. They do not have their stuff or their staff together. I feel like their doors shouldn't even be open. For people with chronic pain you shouldn't make promises and take people money when you can't deliver. Just like the other reviewer said, they don't return phone calls or emails, are not prompt about when they open and close and if you need them they will start ducking your calls. It's really sad. Stay away, no matter who answers the phone or how nice they sound.
