  • Pretty good buffet overall, went here as our sole buffet splurge of the trip. Went on a weekday around 215pm to get the cheaper lunch price for dinner entrees (price goes up by $15 per person after 3p). Line was a bit long, lots of folks have the same idea, so plan on leaving plenty of time (40-45min) unless u are a vip. No line around 4p after higher price kicks in. Large groups get placed in a second line (after paying) so it can take a while to get seated, but its worth it as the larger tables are nice. Lots of variety and hits being the fresh mexican taco grill, marrow, smoked pork belly, a honey-cream mousse kind of thing, and lots of folks pile on the high-value crab. One puzzling miss was the gelato, too soft/liquidy - need to get that fixed as almost everyone gets that. Also the cakes (red velvet, matcha cream) were average, so no need to waste calories on that. Dim sum wasnt bad too, especially for a buffet. This place has succumbed to some cost cutting over the years...juice isnt freshly squeezed, coffee is pedestrian, etc. But makes sense as caesars has been in bankruptcy proceedings.
