rev:text	Never staying here again... EVER! Checked in at 12:10am. The room that we were checked into was nice until we saw the bathtub.... strange stain. Called front desk and they stated no one in housekeeping was there, which I understood due to of what time it was. Moving on. Slightly disgusted, we attempt to clean the tub ourselves, and low and behold, the tub doesn't drain! So i personally go downstairs and of course, no one in maintenance was there either. We think we'll be moved to another room. The person sends security to take a look. Security guard enters and observes the bathtub and explains he has to explain to the person downstairs what's going on. 15 minutes later, the two security guards come back stating they are going to fix it by, get this, using a plunger! Skeptically, I observe them attempt to fix a bathtub with a plunger. Clearly this doesn't happen... Finally, the front desk person states he's going to move us to another room. When we make our way to the new room, the next tragedy occurs. The Handle doesn't work for the 2nd room! At this point, I'm furious, tired and slightly depressed of the past 1.5 hours wasted trying to get settled in. After making my way downstairs, AGAIN, security is sent upstairs to open the door. Apparently, this ghetto location has doors that need to be opened specifically by jimmying the door correctly after inserting the keycard. After 10 attempts, security finally opens the door. Front desk refused to adjust the the amount that was spent for the hotel room after the HUGE INCONVENIENCE and I will never stay here again.
