| - My experience here was like straight out of some romantic comedy or something. My boyfriend and I were working a promotion in the area and we stopped in here to get dinner. Everyone we met here was so friendly it was almost alarming. I hate myself for not remembering their names, but we literally stopped and chatted with the beer guy, cheese/draft beer guy, and one of the seafood guys for like 2 hours. What was meant to be a quick stop ended up being friendship making time (we really aren't that outgoing, so this was an unusual but pleasant surprise). Unfortunately I had left my friendship bracelet making supplies at home, otherwise it basically would have been a Girl Scout meeting.
My local Whole Foods is the mega WF in Lincoln Park, Chicago. That one boasts all sorts of crazy shit (there are full restaurants in there with a bar, classroom, and probably other great things that I haven't even discovered yet). However, this Whole Foods is far superior to the Globo Gym mega-Whole Foods I am accustom to.
I will admit, the folks here charmed us so much that, for a second, we considered leaving Chicago for Cleveland. That isn't going to happen, but if I ever find myself in Cleveland again I will most definitely be back to this Whole Foods.
(P.S. the smoked salmon is incredible, so if you're into that sort of thing you should get it)
