  • Kaitlyn is a straight up thief! The misses and I went in to discuss the possibility of a coupes tattoo on our anniversary with Kaitlyn. We had seen some decent pics in her portfolio, and hoped she could pull off what we wanted! The discussion seemed to go well, and the wife decided she wanted to go ahead and reserve an appointment prior to seeing the design we discussed for a $100 deposit. Kaitlyn promises design to be sent by next evening. Design doesn't show up for 3 days, and is WAY off the mark!!! Completely missed our design concept, so we immediately gave up our spot, and cancelled within 1 hour of seeing the SUB-PAR design. Mind you, this was 3 days before appointment was reserved. After 5 unanswered text messages with requests about applying the deposit toward a different tattoo, and just finally asking if i could just stop by to get my money back, she replies, " No...the deposit is only good toward original design (which I wouldn't want) and if not, she was keeping 30% for "artist design time". Fine whatever,..so I go in to collect my remaining deposit, and she flat out says nope, you can't have it back. I asked her, " So you're literally just going to steal my money?", and she replies, " Yes, if you want to call it that!" She is a thief. We didn't like her design, so she refuses to refund my money! She won't apply the money toward anything else, since we "missed" our appointment,...though she is the one that did not live up to any of her promises. No deposit policy is posted, nor was it ever discussed, and she seemed like she made it up on the spot, saying she assumed policy was understood. She is a thief! Her policy is basically, give me your money, and if you don't like my design, Im keeping the money. I would highly recommend NOT EVER GIVING ANY BUSINESS TO INK SNOB OR KAITLYN! Good luck if you do. Integrity is everything, ad they obviously have NONE!
