  • My instant hot was leaking. It was attached to my Ultima VI reverse osmosis system. B&R Industries, Inc., the manufacturer suggested that I contact UWS. Pamela from UWS set me up with an appointment with Randy. Randy removed the instant hot (I didn't need it) and reconnected and reorganized and cleaned up the myriad of tubes and lines under the sink. He then tested the water to make sure the RO system was properly working. Then he tested the water softener to verify it was removing the hardness from the water. It wasn't. Randy installed a new softener for me at a fair price and did exceptional quality work. I would highly recommend using Randy, Pamela and their son, Denny. I could not be happier and I'm not easy to please. Thank you all.
