The parking is absolutely TERRIBLE here. If you work shift work, good luck ever finding a spot close to your actual building. The apartments are however clean and the two times I needed maintenance they were very quick to resolve any issue I had. I had a rather noisy upstairs lady so when I worked nights, her incessant foot pounding on what I can only imagine was a treadmill, was rather bothersome, but to be expected in apartment dwelling. I never met or spoke to any of my neighbors which was kind of sad. People tend to keep to themselves in this complex. My biggest complaint was when it came time to either renew my lease or let it expire. I didn't let them know soon enough I didn't want to renew my lease (60 days or more) so I was charged a week of the month-to-month pro rated rent which was outrageous. Why do I have to tell you I intend to let my lease expire and I'll move?! Isn't that the point of a lease? If I don't call you and say "Hey I'm going to renew my lease." Shouldn't they just assume I'm going to let it expire? Nope, not here. They were going to up my rent $60 a month if I stayed! That's not chump change. They charged me an obscene amount to finish out the "60 day notice" and to add insult to injury, they didn't use any of my "non refundable" deposits to take care of the $40 carpet cleaning bill. I ended up having to pay for that and some other fees I'm still very sketchy about. All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone. You can find a house for the prices you end up paying here. The staff was never rude but I felt like they could have cared less I felt like I was getting screwed once I decided I wanted to move out.
