  • Cheap direct flight from Toronto to Washington, DC - you have me right there. Add in the fact that it goes into Toronto City airport and that's a huge bonus. Then you give me free wine and beer on the flight, cookies beforehand and access to mac computers in the business center while I wait for my flight and I'm in love. Our original plane didn't have air conditioning when it came to the gate, so they boarded us 10 minutes late and we got on a different plane instead, no big delay, no fuss. Usually if this had happened there wouldn't be any backup plan and you'd have to wait for them to try to fix the thing. It is a bit like Jet Blue was 10 years ago, I'm sure it is too good to last... but right now I"m loving it. .
