  • I am updating my review 2.5 months after the original to give just 1 star. Drivetime was never in possession of my title, so I had to return today to change vehicles. They are not comping me for any of my time or hassle of having to do this. I was basically told I need to talk to customer service tomorrow because they are not doing anything for me tonight. Wtf? I get nothing. Fuck this place. Lesson learned. Don't buy a car that hasn't been pulled to the front lot and make sure they have the title in hand before you buy.
