rev:text	I've been here before and for the most part been happy with the services. Today was by far the worst service I have ever had. I had a pedicure with Vince. Disappointed would be understatement. Firstly I arrived 10 mins early, I was taken within a few mins which was fine. The tub was being run as I was getting into the chair. He did not introduce himself to me or converse with me at all. I asked for some water, which I had to hand signal and demonstrate what I wanted. He nosed spike Vietnamese and walked away. Came back 5 mins later and said, sorry no water. One of the other techs said I finished the last one so go to the gas station to get one for her. Vince laughed and said no, the other tech said gas station sells its quick to get, Vince said its good I told her we have none she's doesn't need it. Now be it that this customer service wasn't bad enough, the pedicure was to say the least terrible. My cuticle was badly cut, now swollen and red, more than likely infected. The paint didn't even go all the way to the sides of the nails, the massage, what massage, slathering of and over abundance of cream with little to no massage involved. The foot filing was another extremely unpleasant experience, all areas that needed to be filed, were briefly touched and all other areas that didn't need filing were roughly and painful filled. Overall I would say this service left me, miserable, uncomfortable and in need of a good pedicure, elsewhere, when my toe gets better. Will I go back here, possibly, but I will certainly not have a service with Vince again.
