Valet - HORRIBLE! Food, Service - Good!
Visited Culinary Dropout (Phoenix - 7th Street) on May 6th at 6:00 p.m. and used valet service from Go Green Valet. Went to valet stand to get car at approximately 7:15 p.m. Way understaffed - 20+ people waiting for their vehicles and line into the street (est. 10 vehicles) waiting to valet. Waited for 15 minutes and still did not have our car even though told it would be just a couple more minutes. Waited another 5 minutes and still no car so one of our party went to look for the car and found it - KEYS INSIDE and RUNNING! Reported to Go Green Valet attendant who could have cared less. Mentioned to the off-duty Phoenix Police Officer working the traffic and he stated that leaving the keys in the car and it running was 'common' for this valet company when the 'stacked' cars. The car was not 'stacked' - we were easily able to drive off the lot as it was parked very close to the street and at an exit - easily able to be stolen. While the restaurant experience was good, it was outweighed by the valet service experience - so much so that we won't be returning.
