  • Great selection. Bad business people. We purchased our slab here and, as reported by others, the practice seems to be offer one price and then when you go to pay hike it up. Substantially. I did not realize they did this to my contractor for the slab until after I made a purchase for tile. Will not be returning. Will likely be filing a complaint with the contractor's board and looking into deceptive trade practices. Here is a tip, just offer the price you want to sell it for. Don't change the price when the person returns to pay for it. And do not charge a 2% fee for taking an order over the phone. You're making enough money don't you think?
