  • Ish not good at all. My roommate and I both purchased Groupons to treat ourselves to a massage following our finals. I was able to schedule mine for about a month out after I purchased it. I showed up at 1:45pm, (my appointment was at 2) and I waited until 2:20 to be seen. I had selected online to have Mark perform my massage, but when I arrived I was informed I would have a student doing my massage. The massage itself was mediocre at best, and the room was cold and with thin walls you could hear people talking in the attached building. Not relaxing. Anyways, my roommate tried to schedule her massage around the same time I did and ended up having to schedule it for about 2 months later. On the day of the massage Mark ended up rescheduling her appointment to a later time, only to cancel the rescheduled appointment later in the day. So my roommate rescheduled for today, only to have the exact same thing happen again. Needless to say, spend the extra money and go to a reputable company. I absolutely would not recommend Mark to anyone.
