  • After waiting for months to finally check out CRAVE, We were very disappointed with the "Greeting" we received. Even with a reservation; my husband and I were subjected to what amounted to interrogation as soon as we tried to cross the threshold. 3 people asked us if we had a reservation. Each of the employees were in arms length of each other and surely heard our previous two responses. Next to our table, we heard the manager, Clint, complain/apologize to members of a private party, about how many "GROUPON" patrons were filling the place on this, the final night of the special offer. Clearly, he saw no merit in increasing his client base. We asked our server the manager's name in order to let GROUPON know about his unfavorable attitude towards participating patrons. Luckily, the strawberry shortcake was amazing and our server, MJ was very friendly. The music was so loud, my husband and I had to cup our hands and shout across our table to be heard. It was not our genre and the repeated drum cadence grew old quickly. In summary, the desserts are excellent but not enough to overcome the elitist climate this venue offers!
