We are satisfied overall with the security system. My problem is with the rep that approached us to sign up for the service. We were moving into our home and he came by. I explained to him that I was very busy and asked him to come back later. Instead of respecting my request, he started talking to my husband and kept him from helping with the move. From that point on I would not deal with him and left it up to my husband. He signed a 5 year contract for $34.99 a month. It was deducted from our checking and after the first month the amount increased to $35.38. I was upset since we had signed a contract that I thought was valid. My husband called and complained. The difference was refunded to us in the form of a check for the difference for the 5 years. My point is the rate should never have been increased in the first place.
