We recently had one of our work trucks serviced by Jiffy Lube. After the service we took our vehicle to the Dodge dealership because it was running roughly. The truck was under warranty but Tempe Dodge said that it was running roughly because of the oil change. I call Jiffy Lube because Tempe Dodge said that it was due to the oil being overfilled. Jiffy Lube immediately took action and drove over to the Dodge dealership to verify the claim. After noticing that Tempe Dodge had not even started working on the truck and that the truck had not been over filled with oil, they picked the truck up for me, took it to their own shop and checked the amount of oil that was in the truck. As suspected, Jiffy Lube had put the exact amount of oil that was required by Chrysler and the reason for the truck running rough was because of an improper air filter that was installed. They save me $1300 that Tempe Dodge was going to charge me for a problem that didn't exist. JD and John and all the guys over at Jiffy Lube did an awesome job and really stepped up on an issue that wasn't theirs to begin with. We will be taking all of our work trucks to them.
