  • this particular branch has managers that lie they tell everyone that the area they live in has great reception which is entirely false we repeatedly asked what the entire bill would be every month and he confirmed over 3 times that it would a certain amount and as it turn out he clearly lied our bill every month is $80 more the he said and at least 75% less clarity and reception and 100% less customer service then verizon our is exactly the same as our verizon bill was.... and trust me awful reception horrible customer service i regret my move to t-mobile 100% t-mobile has terrible reception their customer service sucks i have called numerous time for assistance with my phone and nothing has been their advertising is false and they promote their managers and sales people to lie beware of doing business with t-mobile and definitely stay away from the t-mobile and all their sales staff at the summerlin mall location
