I like the location, cleanliness and the great tea they offer in the common area.
The teachers are young but know their stuff, really caring and you come out feeling good.
The environment is great as are the lessons , so what could go wrong ?
The ONE thing they do wrong here is they STUFF the classes to the brim.
And this defeats the purpose. On every occasion even during the week and work hours, I have had to shift this way or that when doing a pose so as to not touch the person crammed next to me. This is not good for yoga, you simply cannot concentrate. Plus with so many people the teacher cannot correct poses. I have literally had my neighbours' sweat on my face and arms many times. Moreover, I sweat too and felt awkward when I would move around. That is just dirty.. no chance of concentrating and getting the real benefit of yoga here.
They have a great app with a reservation system but they systematically allow more people in.
Example: power 60 minute class says 25 spots on app, so i book and when I show up I count (and i do count) 40 people !
This place could be so much more if only they acknowledged this simple fact. NDG moksha takes too many people in their classes.
