  • I could go on and on in regards to how poorly this store is run. Go ahead and start by calling any department. You will wait on hold for 20 minutes until they disconnect you. Placing custom orders is even more of a blast. There seems to always be an issue with getting your actual order correct. No one takes responsibility at the end of the day and the customer suffers.
