| - Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been to this establishment three different times and had absolute terrible service all three times. The first time I came in was for a big repair: power steering fix, radiator kit renew, and a few other things. It seemed every 20 minutes they would call me and tell me they found something "new" but that could be true. I was hesitant to get it fixed, as it was an older truck (15 years old)and the repairs cost as much as a down payment on a new vehicle (2000). But the owner talked me into it, which I deeply regret.
So I am without a vehicle for about a week. Not a problem, I can rent a car. But here is where my first big problem is: I come in to pick up my vehicle on the day they told me it was ready. I come in, ready to get the keys, only to find they need two more days. So you can call me at work several times a day to tell me what you found, but not to tell me my vehicle isn't ready?! I was fuming at this. Now I have to make an extension on my rental car, costing even more. So when my truck is ready, I come in and tell them I have a problem with the price as I had to get a longer car rental for their error on not notifying me. The employee's response: "Well I don't know what you want me to do." Are you freaking kidding me?! After getting very irate, demanding he call his supervisor to fix this, they give me this $80 card to use with them, which is what the extra rental cost, so I said fine. This is all experience one.
Second experience I come in on Saturday at 2:02, only to find that they close at two. Well, if your sign was fixed as it didn't show anything for Saturday, maybe it would have been ok. But it wasn't. After asking to just leave my vehicle with them so they can start it on Monday, something that would have taken 5 minutes of paper work, it didn't happen. I was told "no because we're closed." For a place that prides themselves on customer service, that was a terrible response.
Then finally today. I come in on valentine's day, shortly after 12:15 (BEFORE 2PM MIND YOU, I REMEMBER THE FIRST TIME) they tell me "Yeah we're closing early. We close at 12 today." WHAT. THE. HELL. Are you kidding me?! No notice, no sign, screw them. I'm planning on mailing back my $80 card deal, as I have no desire to give them any of my business what so ever. Even if it is "free".
This place has no customer service. Go somewhere else. Terrible service, terrible experience. Do not give these people you're money!
