| - Was able to try this restaurant and I can definitely say it is my favorite of all of the Brazilian steakhouses in Pittsburgh. The staff was very accommodating when making a reservation and modifying the reservation to include more people. And accommodating in providing bananas, uncooked for the babies at our table.
We were seated right away right in front of the window where all of the meat is cooking, so it was very entertaining. The cold bar was quite large and had a very good variety of items on it that were all very tasty. I had the strawberry hibiscus drink and it was delicious. I also ordered a Coke after that was finish and was pleasantly surprised that they had fountain drinks and I wasn't paying $5 for a 1cup glass bottle of Coke like some of the other restaurants serve.
The meats were all delicious, cooked perfectly, and not overly salty. The only disappointing part was since we were right in front of the window we saw several meats that never made it by our table to try, despite being there over 2 hours. I finally asked a server to send the parmesan pork my way so I could try it before I left.
The only area that was a bit lacking, and I will chalk up to being the opening week, was our server. Several members of our party have never been to a Brazilian steakhouse, but I had to prompt him to explain everything in detail even after he asked if this was our first time. And overall he was just very slow. It took a long time to get drinks, desserts, bills, etc.
