  • I am really disappointed. When I called to schedule an appointment, I told them which rooms I wanted done was was quoted a price. I asked if the price was correct a few times during the conversation because it beat the competition and I wanted to make sure I was given the correct information. I proceeded to book the appointment and was given a 2 hour window the tech would arrive and was told they would call 30 min. before their arrival. I never got a call to say they were on their way and when the time frame they'd given me passed, I called. I was told the tech was tied up at another job and would be a minimum of 1.5-2 hours late. A phone call stating they would be late would have been the professional thing to do as I cannot wait at my house for hours on end. I was surprised the man I spoke to didn't even apologize for the tardiness or lack of phone call. Needless to say, I was upset. We re-scheduled for the tech to come first thing the next morning. This time they arrived at the end of the 2 hour time frame, which is fine. I was quoted $145 and when the tech arrived it was suddenly $210. I did not add rooms or any other services and my home is 2 years old, no pets or stains of any kind. I inquired as to why there was a $65 price increase and was told it's extra for a landing in my stairs and they didn't figure in a hallway and if I wanted them to use soap, not just water, it's extra. Now I'm super upset because I asked about the price a FEW times and was never told it STARTS at $145. I asked for 4 bedrooms and stairs...why on earth would I not get my hallways done as they are a highly used area and you'd think a company would ask you and let you know the correct price upfront. Also, who pays for carpet cleaning of just water...since when is soap extra? I've always used another company in town who is amazing and doesn't have hidden costs, but went with Eco Clean because I needed a weekend appointment. Bottom line...I feel this company is not professional and beware of the price they quote you over the phone.
