  • I had a very pleasant experience here. I will have to update later with the name of the representative that was customer-facing, as he made respectful small talk and made me feel comfortable. I called ahead to see if they had time to take me in for an oil change and they saw me right away (it was during a weekend evening). He even complimented my car and said that everything else looked great which was a relief because you half-expect car centers like this to nickel and dime you for every service they've got. While two more customers came in right after me and there was two people there before me, I felt like I was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. The only knock off of one star is because the waiting room is quite small, so hopefully you don't have to wait there long! If so, there is a lot in the area that you could walk to while you wait. I absolutely see myself giving them more business in the future.
