  • I was referred to this company through my home warrenty. If I were able to give a negative 10 stars, I would. This company is the worse. My air conditioner stoped working, the company came out said we were low 2lbs off freon, most units only hold 4lbs, so obviously there's a leak. With that being said the guy came out charged us for the 2lbs of freon, we asked when were they going to come back out to locate the leak he said there was no leak, if you're missing two pounds of freon there's a leak and any air condition guy would know that. Also after putting dye in with the freon it's takes a few day for the dye to be ran through the system then with a black light they take a look, the guy did none of this. I tried calling the company to find out WTF she said she wouldn't know until the next day because that's when she'll get the paper work. I work for a company that has drivers and I know if you need to get in contact with them you can. This company does NOT care to fix the problem they want to do the least amount of work and take as much money as they can from you. I cannot express enough do not use this company. Do not put yourself through the pain
