  • So, I wanted to save time and avoid the MVD lines. I looked to Yelp to find locations for driver's license renewal and I saw this company. I had had favorable results when I used other 3rd party license renewals in the past and thought I would give these guys a try. Big mistake! My DL had expired in December and this was March, so I had to pay extra. I went through all the tests and was told 1-2 weeks to receive my new license from the MVD. It's now been close to a month and I still haven't received it. I called GG&D and was told I have to come in to their office to get any information on status. This is ridiculous. I shouldn't have to take time off of work again just for an update on status. Save yourself the trouble. Go to the MVD the first time.
