  • If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! I am new to the CLT area and was assured by the new property management this was a safe place to live for a single woman and trusted them (stupidly). I found out I was lied to when my neighbor was MURDERED in his apartment. I pay a LOT of money to rent at Retreat and have consistently been disappointed by the new management company. Between the CRIME, the HIGH PRICES, the DISRESPECTFUL office staff, and the IGNORED maintenance requests, this might be the worst place to live in CLT now that they've come under new management. Literally nothing good to say about this complex.
