  • I have had decent experiences at this center until they cancelled a procedure 5 minutes before it was supposed to be performed. The PA, (I don't remember her name), came into the room, looked around and said that they couldn't do it because they don't have the right needle. Then she walked out. The nice nurses in the room said that someone would have to call me to reschedule. It seems odd that they would not be prepared for my procedure. It had been scheduled for weeks. Very disappointing especially when you had to find babysitting for your children and your husband just wasted a vacation day to accompany you, and now it has to be done again. On a positive note, I do like my provider there and the staff is usually very friendly.
