  • They did have a shortage of outlets -- only in the small business areas by the tables; elsewhere, they only had outlets in the walls, mostly at ankle height, and every other one of those by the windows was used by side lamps, so, basically, a really ancient setup, where by the windows you only get at most one unused socket. No outlets anywhere within the furniture (outside of the business isle); the furniture itself was already quite new, e.g., must have been from their ongoing renovations within the last few months, so, I guess no outlets for the next few years, either?! They did have a middle row with no outlets whatsoever, from what I could tell. As others pointed out, if you get in by 15:30, you can stay until the last BA flight departs. They currently have one a day @ PHX, arriving at 18:25, departing at 20:40, which means the lounge gets closed at about 20:00. Someone mentioned the toilets were "outside" -- I was concerned it'll interfere with going back after 15:30, but it's all in the same upper level, so, you never have to go to the noisy terminal (which is downstairs), and it never really feels like leaving the lounge (it is cleaned by the airport folks, however, but I didn't face issues). One thing I was kinda disappointed by is that they only had drip coffee. I've been to a half dozen Priority Pass lounges, both in US and abroad, and I think this one is the first one without an espresso machine. Out of the food, mostly everything was good -- they did have veggie sliders (at least closer to 15:00), but both soups were non-veg -- the chowder was based on chicken stock; also, the bread from the soup looked fresh, but tasted very stale. The bread on sliders was same size, but different and very good. Hummus and pita were good; salad, jam and cheese, cubed cheese good, veggies were all good. Business isle sitting: it was disappointing to find out that there was no leg clearance on the long table by the window, so, you can't really sit there comfortably, with your knees always touching the metal under-table storage row. WiFi: they don't have their own, you gotta use the free one from the airport by Boingo. However, unlike at some other airports where your phone stops working for data, even with all the bars up, I never had any issues here with TMo, and tethering worked just great. Final note: if you somehow end up being here past 15:30 and towards their closing time, they basically go from open and full to closed and empty in a few seconds around 20:00, without any prior announcements, so, if you aren't travelling to LHR, and still want a few snacks for the dinner time, make sure to plan ahead.
