  • I made about 10 visits to LSM in a month. I selected LSM because of my insurance provider. While I found Dr Ellie Lindscheid to be efficient, professional, and compassionate, I would not recommend LSM. The offices were clean but outdated. The service always felt very impersonal. The front office staff was never particularly friendly - even though I saw the same people multiple times a week. I chose to find a different provider after waiting more than 15 minutes for an appointment. The staff offered no warning, explanation, apology, or offer to reschedule.
