  • The Four Seasons of medical care. You will never experience care like this anywhere else. 24/7 access to a doctor, on time appts, same day/next day appts, and quality time with your doctor. They also do all the leg work with referrals. They don't just send you out the door with a referral slip. They call and make verify it's in your network, and what your copay is. Dr. Tsai is phenomenal. He truly cares about his patients. He somehow gets you into all screenings and referrals immedietly, and he gets results back immedietly. You get a test done late Friday nigbt? You dont wanna worry abput it all weekend? Don't worry, he'll call you on Sat. I have never known a doctor like him. The yearly fee is so worth it. All appts via the app (virtual team) are included, and insurance is not billed.
