  • I don't use Yelp to negatively impact the reputation of a business. I don't agree with doing that. But this business knows why it received a terrible rating. I've used this business twice, and I will never make the same mistake again. Completely unethical! Very disappointed that they can continue to operate this way. I just hope no one else falls victim to them again. Please beware!
