The customer service is very good and they answered all my questions.
The apartments themselves are very old and the useful life of the interior has been exceeded. The interior has been painted several times. Carpet and appliances are very old and in need or replacement. It is well maintained buy at some point you need to replace with new then just keep patching up what is there. The room was fairly clean. They provide absolutely no toiletries or bedding. Even cleaning will be your responsibility when you leave. Plus there are no non smoking rooms. I stayed for one night and had to leave because of the smoke smell.
It is not a very good value when all things are considered. I ended up paying just $100 more a week, at Extended Stay America, and it had everything you would need for an extended stay. It came with toiletries, towels, bedding, weekly cleaning service, small gym, plus dishes and cookware for the kitchen. It also was in a substantially better part of Phoenix.
I would not recommend this place when all aspects are considered. Maybe if it was substantially cheaper and you can deal with the smoke smell.
