The $99 Umbrian tasting menu was the best meal I've ever had in Vegas. One of the dishes had leeks perfectly incorporated - great for taste and texture. The service was pretty good, the space was OK, and they had a good selection of wines by the carafe. So if you like good food, I'd pick this place over any of the other "celebrity" chef places in Vegas (full disclosure: I've never been to Guy Savoy). My only complaint about thee food is that it appears that Lydia made mario take all of the organ meat off the menu
