  • I really like these guys and want to give them a good review, but I have to be honest. I brought 4 dress shirts to be tailored because they were baggy around the chest and upper arms. It took about 2 months for them to finally get done and none of them were tailored properly. Two are wearable and two are a complete write-off. All the shirts were brought in at the waist where the shirt already fit properly. They should have called me in for a fitting before cutting the fabric. I have called twice and sent an e-mail about the terrible tailoring and have gotten no response. If they are going to succeed they are going to have to improve customer service significantly.
