Sat at the bar- waiter recommended the octopus salad off the regular menu as a light option. It was tasty- had beans similar to fava and a tasty hummus like paste under the octopus, which was likely pan seared. There were also some half sliced baby tomatoes and Brussels sprouts which were seasoned well. It was also happy hour, so I ordered the short rib and bone marrow agnolotti- it was completely delicious!!! It's very rich, close to being a little over oiled, but tastes amazing! They highly recommended the duck ravioli also, said its better but a little heavier. Will definitely order next time. The portion is half what the full dinner portion is, and I found it perfect. Most people could order 2 items off happy hour, which are $7 a piece, and feel satisfied as a meal- order 3 if you're really hungry. They had some cool specialty cocktails on HH all for $7 also, with two beers and their choice of a red and white wine. The best happy hour I've seen at Cosmo! Atmosphere is quaint and romantic. Excited to go back to try more options!
