  • Horrible experience. I called them because of a sign out front declaring special on pads. I called and over the phone they told me I could book an appointment which was great. I wouldn't need to spend the day waiting around or leaving my vehicle. So I proceeded to book an 8am appointment on my day off. I dropped off my vehicle and was told someone would look at it and call me back on what was found. I decided to head downtown to attend to another errand of getting a new passport. After 2 hours went by I decided to give them a call because I had not heard from them. In talking to the mechanic I find out that they are just now pulling it into the garage?? Excuse me. Why is there an option of an appointment if you as a merchant are not going to keep it? Another hour passes and I hop on the train to my way back to shop. Its 3 hours since I left my car and I am thinking to just get my keys and leave. I turn the corner and they are just taking the wheels off. Damn it. Mark the time, 3 hours since my 8 am "appointment" and they are now attending to my vehicle. I wait another hour while they inspect it. Everything seems ok with the brakes but for some reason, with frustration clouding my thought process, I decided for what ever reason to go with some maintenance work since the vehicle is up on the hoist. Mistake two. They tell me an hour so leave to get some lunch and mess around at AXE music. I return an hour later and they tell me the dude working on my vehicle took a lunch... and get this,,, it was due to the manager saying I, the customer, was going for lunch and to get the car done before I returned. So the mechanic took that as I get lunch!! Do you even have an IQ? More than likely a great story made up by the manager. The only positive is when I brought all this up with the manager he gave me, along with his excuses, a free oil change (another chance to rip me off) and didn't charge me for the labor on getting my light housing installed ( I brought the part) All in all it took 6.5 hours... Do not bring your car here.. You have been warned. On a side note any one want an oil change coupon for 10 bucks?
