  • Had appointment for oil change. No big deal. Apparently it was a big deal on a Tuesday at 9:00am. It took them 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Really? I was there until 11:30am. Do not go to Big O. This place is a joke. What's the point of making an appointment? Value my time. We have families and work as well. If you don't have the staff to make it happen, then just tell me ahead of time. An oil change with an appointment should be no longer than 45 minutes, 1 hour max. Then, of course, they decide to tell me what else is wrong with my vehicle. Comes out to $1388 total. I take it to my other auto location and they charge me $768 out to the door for the same work, same parts, same labor, same everything. How is Big O worth $620 more and almost 100% more? Again, they are joking right? The manager, James, is cussing and dropping some cuss bombs to another person on the phone. Either an employee or something about scheduling. Not very professional James, learn how to manage and portray yourself when your customer can clearly hear you. AVOID AVOID AVOID
