  • This is for the Chipotle in Fashion Square Mall. I visited at 2:30 on Saturday June 30, 2018 and had terrible customer service. The female who was helping me had on dark lipstick and could not have been any more miserable to be there. No eye contact, annoyed tone..were taking basic human interaction skills. I don't expect amazing service from a semi-fast food place in the mall, but she clearly hates people. She was also short with the hard-of-hearing elderly female in front of me. Just awful. Customer service training is clearly not sticking here.
